PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE GRBLL PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE GRBLL PLATFORM. BY USING THE GRBLL PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE GRBLL PRIVACY POLICY (TOGETHER, THE "GRBLL USER AGREEMENT").
These terms of service "Terms" govern your access to and use of the website located at Grbll.com, the related mobile application referred to as "Grbll" and any of the Grbll platform's services, features, functionalities, widgets, buttons, advertisements, promotions, contests, forums, tools, kits and any other services or sites that link to these Terms of Service (collectively, the "Grbll Platform"), operated by Grbll Inc. and any information, text, links, graphics, photos, videos, or other materials or arrangements of materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Grbll Platform (collectively, "Content").
By using the Grbll Platform you agree to be bound by the Grbll User Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by Grbll User Agreement, you may not access or otherwise use the Grbll Platform.
Before using the Grbll Platform, please review these Terms, the Grbll Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when you use the Grbll Platform. You understand that through your use of the Grbll Platform you consent to the collection and use (as set out in the Privacy Policy) of this information, including the transfer of this information outside the EU, and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by Grbll Inc. and its affiliates.
If you are under the age of 13 you must ask your parent or legal guardian to give you their permission for you to use the Grbll Platform. If you are a parent or legal guardian, the Grbll User Agreement sets out the terms of the agreement we have with the child you are responsible for. By allowing your child to use the Grbll Platform, you agree to the Grbll User Agreement on your child's behalf. It is important that you read and understand the Grbll User Agreement before using the Grbll Platform. If you are accepting these Terms and using the Grbll Platform on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so.

Certain parts or features of the Grbll Platform may require registration or the creation of an account ("Account") or may otherwise ask you to provide information to participate in certain features or to access certain content. You agree that you will not provide any false information to the Grbll Platform, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without their permission. You will also not create more than one personal profile, and if you select a username for your account, we reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe in our sole discretion that is necessary or appropriate (e.g. if a trademark owner complains about a username). If you register with the Grbll Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, if any, and for restricting access to your computer and/or device so that others may not access the password protected portion of the Grbll Platform. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, email or password, if any, and agree you will not sell, transfer or assign your Grbll account or any passwords used on the Grbll Platform. Grbll Inc. may, in its sole discretion, and at any time, with or without notice and without any liability to you, disable, terminate or suspend your Grbll Account, for any reason or no reason at all. If we disable, terminate or suspend your Account, you agree that you will not create another Account without our express written permission.
Grbll Inc. grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty free, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, limited right and license to access, use and privately display the Grbll Platform for your personal use only, provided that you comply fully with the Grbll User Agreement. You shall not (or permit another person to) interfere or attempt to interfere with the operation or use of Grbll Platform by other members in any way through any means or device including, but not limited to, spamming, hacking, uploading computer viruses or time bombs, or any other means.
In consideration for Grbll Inc. granting you access to and use of the Grbll Platform, you agree that Grbll Inc. and its third-party providers and partners may place advertising on the Grbll Platform or in connection with the display of Content or information from the Grbll Platform whether submitted by you or others.
Grbll Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (temporarily or permanently) change, modify, update, discontinue, suspend, remove, revise, delete or otherwise alter any part of the Grbll Platform and/or the Grbll User Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. We may also remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Grbll Platform, suspend or terminate users, and reclaim usernames without any liability to you.
We will try to notify you of material changes to the Grbll Platform or Grbll User Agreement by placing a notice on www.Grbll.com or in any other form we deem suitable. By continuing to access or use the Grbll Platform after any revisions or changes to Grbll User Agreement become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Grbll User Agreement. The most current version of the Grbll User Agreement will be available on www.grbll.com and will supersede all previous versions of the Grbll User Agreement.
The Grbll Platform, including all of its software and Content (excluding "User Content", as defined below) is owned by Grbll Inc. and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws in Denmark and foreign countries. Except as expressly permitted in the Grbll User Agreement or otherwise in writing by Grbll Inc. and/or its licensors (as applicable), you will not capture, reproduce, perform, transfer, sell, license, modify, create derivative works from or based upon, republish, reverse engineer, upload, edit, post, transmit, publicly display, frame, link, distribute or exploit, in whole or in part, any of the Grbll Platform or its Content. Nothing contained in the Grbll User Agreement or on the Grbll Platform should be construed as granting you any license or right to use the Grbll Platform or Content in any manner not specifically mentioned in the Grbll User Agreement. All right, title and interest in and to the Grbll Platform and its Content (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Grbll Inc. and its licensors (as applicable). Any feedback, comments or suggestions you may provide regarding the Grbll Platform (or any parts thereof) is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligations to you.
You are responsible for your use of the Grbll Platform and for any content you provide, post or upload to the Grbll Platform including without limitation text, comments, postings, drawings, artwork, designs, video recordings, photographs or any other materials created by you (collectively, "User Content"). You should only provide User Content that you are comfortable publicly sharing with others on the Grbll Platform. You retain the rights to and own any User Content you submit, post or display on or through the Grbll Platform.
By submitting, posting or displaying User Content on or through the Grbll Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed), whether on the Grbll Platform or third party websites or applications. This license authorizes us to make your User Content available to any third party as we see fit and to let others do the same. You agree that this license includes the right for Grbll Inc. to provide, promote, and improve the Grbll Platform and to make User Content submitted to or through the Grbll Platform available to other companies, organisations or individuals for the embedding, syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion or publication of such User Content on other media and services, subject to our terms and conditions for such User Content use. Such additional uses by Grbll Inc., or other companies, organizations or individuals, may be made with no compensation paid to you with respect to the User Content that you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Grbll Platform.
Grbll Inc. has a set of terms for how Grbll Platform partners can interact with User Content on the Grbll Platform and to ensure your rights are respected and protected. You understand that we may modify or adapt User Content as it is distributed, embedded, syndicated, published, or broadcast by us and our partners and/or make changes to User Content in order to adapt User Content to different media.
You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any User Content that you submit. You acknowledge and agree that User Content will not be acknowledged or returned and that Grbll Inc. is not obligated to use any User Content you provide to the Grbll Platform.
We do our best to monitor the User Content posted via the Grbll Platform and enforce our Community Guidelines (set out below) to ensure that the Grbll Platform is a safe environment for all its users and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any use or reliance on any User Content or materials posted via the Grbll Platform or obtained by you through the Grbll Platform is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any User Content or communications posted via the Grbll Platform or endorse any opinions expressed via the Grbll Platform. We do not ultimately control User Content and so cannot take responsibility for it. You understand that by using the Grbll Platform, you may be exposed to User Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. All User Content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such User Content.
Grbll Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Grbll Platform to do the same. We reserve the right to remove User Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us (in accordance with the information set out below). If you believe that your User Content or other Content appearing on the Grbll Platform has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please report this by contacting us at: hello@grbll.com and please provide the following information:
1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
3. The exact URL or a description of where the alleged infringing material is located;
4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; and
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
The Grbll Platform may contain links to third party websites or resources, which may or may not be obvious as well as software, text, graphics, articles, photographs, pictures, designs, sound, video, music, information, software applications, advertising, promotions and other content originating from third parties (collectively, "Third Party Content"). Our provision of links to Third Party Content is not an endorsement of any information, product or service that is offered on or reached through such Third Party Content. Such Third Party Content is not monitored or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for the content or performance of any Third Party Content, websites or applications accessed through the Grbll Platform or any Third Party Content posted on, available through or installed from the Grbll Platform, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices or other policies of or contained in the Third Party Content. If you decide to leave the Grbll Platform and access the Third Party Content or to use or install any Third Party Content, you do so at your own risk and you should be aware that our terms and policies no longer govern.
By using or accessing the Grbll Platform, you agree to comply with the following Community Guidelines:
a) You are entirely responsible and liable for all activities conducted by you and any authorized user of your Account on the Grbll Platform, including the transmission, posting, or other provision of User Content.
b) Users of the Grbll Platform must not:
(i) harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another Grbll Platform user, or other individual or entity;
(ii) post, upload or provide any User Content that may reasonably be considered to be disruptive, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
(iii) post, upload or provide any materials or content that include any personal information about yourself or any other individual;
(iv) cause any chat room screen in any chat room to "scroll" faster than other users are able to type to it or any action of a similar disruptive effect;
(v) misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity, impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to, a Grbll Inc. official, chat or message board leader, guide or host, or make false or misleading statements;
(vi) disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in a Grbll chat room or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants;
(vii) post or transmit any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or undertake any other forms of solicitation or commercial activity on the Grbll Platform;
(viii) violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulations while using or accessing the Grbll Platform or upload or post any illegal or unlawful materials or content;
(ix) invade the privacy or violate any personal or proprietary right of any person or entity;
(x) infringe the intellectual property rights or similar rights in any jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright and trademarks, of any person or entity;
(xi) use the Grbll Platform in any manner that could damage, impair, disable, overburden or harm the Grbll Platform or circumvent the intended functionality of the Grbll Platform;
(xii) collect information identifying users of the Grbll Platform by electronic or other means without authorization from the person(s) affected;
(xiii) upload, post, transmit, send, share, store, distribute or otherwise make available on the Grbll Platform any private or sensitive information or content about any third party, including, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, social security numbers and credit card numbers; and/or
(xiv) upload, post, transmit, send, share, store, distribute, or otherwise make available any viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or other electronic or telecommunications equipment.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Grbll Platform users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.
From time to time, the Grbll Platform may offer sweepstakes, contests or other promotions that require you to send material or information about yourself. Please note that sweepstakes, contests or promotions offered via the Grbll Platform may be, and often are, governed by a separate set of rules that, in addition to describing such sweepstakes, contest or promotion, may have eligibility requirements, such as certain age or geographic area restrictions, terms and conditions governing the use of material you submit, and supplemental disclosures about how your personal information may be used. It is your responsibility to read such rules to determine whether or not you want to and are eligible to participate, register and/or enter. By entering any such sweepstakes, contest or other promotion, you agree to comply with abide by such rules and the decisions of the sponsor(s) identified therein, which shall be final and binding in all respects. To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms of such official rules, the contests' or sweepstakes' official rules will govern the use of material that is submitted by you when you enter the contest or sweepstakes.
You may end your legal agreement with Grbll Inc. at any time by deactivating your Account(s) and discontinuing your use of the Grbll Platform.
We may suspend or terminate your Account or cease providing you with all or part of the Grbll Platform at any time for any or no reason, with or without notice, and without any liability to you including but not limited to if we reasonably believe: (i) you have violated the Grbll User Agreement, (ii) you create risk or possible legal exposure for us; (iii) your Account should be removed due to prolonged inactivity; or (iv) our provision of the Grbll Platform to you is no longer commercially viable. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by the email address associated with your Account or the next time you attempt to access your Account, depending on the circumstances. In all such cases, the Grbll User Agreement will terminate, including, without limitation, your license to use the Grbll Platform, except that the following sections of these Terms will continue to apply: 5, 6, 12, 13, 15 and 16.
The Grbll Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance or malfunction of computer equipment or for various other reasons outside Grbll Inc.'s control. Grbll Inc. assumes no responsibility and cannot be liable for any delays, interruptions, errors, defects, omissions, or deletions, related to or arising from the communications line failure, operation or transmission, or alteration of, or theft or destruction or unauthorised access to user communications, any technical or non-technical malfunction or other problems of any hosting services, computer systems, servers or providers, telephone networks or telephone services, computer or mobile phone equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, including injury or damage to a user's or to any other person's computer, mobile phone, or other hardware or software.
THE GRBLL PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, GRBLL INC. AND ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, RELATED COMPANIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, PARENTS AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR: (A) THE GRBLL PLATFORM'S PERFORMANCE OR AVAILABILITY AND DO NOT WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (B) THE CORRECTION OF ALL DEFECTS; (C) THE GRBLL PLATFORM BEING FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; (D) THE GRBLL PLATFORM AND/OR ITS CONTENT NOT VIOLATING ANY PATENT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF ANY PERSON OR ENTITY; OR (E) THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE Grbll PLATFORM OR ITS CONTENT ACHIEVING A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR THE PLATFORM BEING CORRECT, ACCURATE, RELIABLE, SECURE, OR OTHERWISE MEETING YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
YOU AGREE THAT GRBLL INC. AND ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, LICENSORS AND ASSIGNS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") ARE NOT LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PERSON FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA ARISING OUT OF OR RESULTING IN ANY WAY FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE Grbll PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY PARTY ON THE Grbll PLATFORM, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE Grbll PLATFORM;(D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR USER CONTENT; OR (E) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE TECHNICAL OPERATION OF THE Grbll PLATFORM, EVEN IF GRBLL INC. IS AWARE OR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER CAUSED IN WHOLE OR IN PART BY NEGLIGENCE, ACTS OF GOD, TELECOMMUNICATIONS FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OF, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, THE Grbll PLATFORM.
IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES' AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER EXCEED THE GREATER OF £1,000 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID Grbll Inc., IF ANY, IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT GRBLL INC. HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
If you link to the Grbll Platform, we require that you follow these guidelines. You may link only to the Grbll website's home page, and the link must be in plain text, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Grbll Inc.. Any link to the Grbll Platform must not damage, dilute or tarnish the goodwill associated with any Grbll Inc. brand names and/or intellectual property, nor may the link create the false appearance that your website and/or organization is sponsored, endorsed by, affiliated and/or associated with Grbll Inc., Grbll or any other brand or trade name owned by Grbll Inc.. You may not "frame" the Grbll Platform or alter its intellectual property or Content in any other way. You may not link to the Grbll Platform from a site that is unlawful, abusive, indecent or obscene, that promotes violence or illegal acts, that contains expressions of racism, that is libelous, defamatory, scandalous, or inflammatory or is otherwise deemed inappropriate, as determined by Grbll Inc. in its sole discretion. Grbll Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate a link with any website for any reason or no reason at all, including without limitation any website that Grbll Inc. deems to be inappropriate or inconsistent with the Grbll Platform and/or these Terms.
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD THE RELEASED PARTIES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIMS, ALLEGED CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, JUDGMENTS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, AND ALL COSTS AND EXPENSES OF DEFENSE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO: YOUR BREACH OF YOUR REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, COVENANTS OR AGREEMENTS HEREUNDER; YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OR ANY LAW; YOUR USE OF THIS Grbll PLATFORM IN VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS; INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIAL POSTED OR TRANSMITTED THROUGH YOUR COMPUTER OR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT, EVEN IF NOT SUBMITTED BY YOU, THAT INFRINGES ANY COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK, TRADE SECRET, TRADE DRESS, PATENT, PUBLICITY, PRIVACY OR OTHER RIGHT OF ANY PERSON OR DEFAMES ANY PERSON; ANY MISREPRESENTATION MADE BY YOU; AND/OR Grbll Inc.'S USE OF YOUR INFORMATION. YOU WILL COOPERATE AS FULLY AND AS REASONABLY REQUIRED IN GRBLL INC.'S DEFENSE OF ANY CLAIM. GRBLL INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ITS OWN EXPENSE, TO ASSUME THE EXCLUSIVE DEFENSE AND CONTROL OF ANY MATTER OTHERWISE SUBJECT TO INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU, AND YOU SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT SETTLE ANY SUCH MATTER WITHOUT THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF GRBLL INC..
These Terms constitute the entire agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all other written or oral agreements. These Terms may not be amended, nor any obligation waived, without Grbll Inc.'s written authorization. Any failure or delay to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any such provision.
These Terms and any disputes arising between you and Grbll Inc. shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark (without regard to its conflicts of law principles that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction's laws). All disputes relating to or arising in econnection with these Terms and/or the Grbll Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

In this Privacy Policy, we explain what personal data we collect from visitors to the Grbll applications, websites, and other properties that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively referred to herein as the "Grbll Platform"), and how we use such personal data.
For users in Europe, we are the data controller in respect of such personal information for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. The Privacy Policy applies only to the Grbll Platform; it does not apply to any third-party websites or mobile applications to which we may link.
It is important to note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any other data, such as any personal data that may be included in the videos, images, documents, recordings, chat logs, transcripts, and similar data that we maintain on our users' behalf, as well as any other information our customers may upload to their Grbll account(s) in connection with their use of our Services (which we refer to as "Content" in our Terms of Service) or information gathered from other channels, such as publicly available sources. For the avoidance of doubt, we process User Content, including any personal data which may be included therein, solely for the purpose of providing and operating our Services to our customers and only in accordance with our Terms of Service
By using the Grbll Platform, you accept our Terms of Service and that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. Younger visitors should check with their parents or guardians before using the Grbll Platform. If you are a parent or legal guardian, by allowing your child to use the Grbll Platform, you are confirming that you have read and understood the terms of this Privacy Policy on your child's behalf. We do not purposely or knowingly collect personal information from you, except under limited exceptions set forth below.
Creating a profile on the Grblll Platform does not require, or permit, the use of any personal information. When you sign up for the Grbll Platform, you create a profile.
Your Grbll profile shows:
First and Last Name;
Profile photo or avatar, which may not contain any personal information, including your face or the face of another child;
Media including video, photographs, audio, and other you share on the Grbll Platform;
Other users' media that you like on the Grbll Platform;
The family, friends you are connected to and/or moderated by as well as public accounts you follow, in the Grbll Platform;
Grbll Challenges in which you have participated and;
Stickers you have collected
Users' creations on the Grbll Platform, including but not limited to text, media, audio, photographs, video are visible to other users on the Grbll Platform by Visibility Preferences in the Grbll Profile. Users can search for each other on the Grbll Platform with a username or in-person with a QR code generated by the Grbll Platform.
Users may also provide us with personal information by communicating directly with us. For example, if you choose, you may use one of our public email addresses to contact us. If you write to us (or otherwise contacts us), we will ask you to put us in contact with a parent or guardian, through whom we can then provide support.
We collect non-personal information about users whenever they interact with the Grbll Platform. Non-personal information includes the number and frequency of visitors to the Grbll Platform and the length of their stays, browser name, the type of computer, and technical information about the means of connection, such as the operating system and device make & manufacturer. We also collect your IP address solely for the internal support of the Grbll Platform, such as system administration, and in case requested by law enforcement. We encrypt the IP address and adopt and implement appropriate and reasonable security practices regarding access to it.
We use the information you give us to provide you with the Grbll Platform. This may involve using the information we collect on how you use the Grbll Platform and the content you interact with to tailor your view of a service or personalize the content and features made available to you. We may also send you service-related mobile app push-notifications, including announcements and administrative messages. We will also use your information to provide you with any technical and other customer support you need.
We collect non-personal information from your use of the Grbll Platform to understand how our customers interact with the Grbll Platform, so we can improve it and develop new services to meet our customers' needs. We may also use this information to conduct statistical analysis and for business planning. For example, we will use the information to identify which aspects of the Grbll Platform are the most popular, so we can ensure that our IT infrastructure is sufficient to meet demand. We will also use the information to identify less popular aspects of the Grbll Platform to ensure that we are reaching our target audience and promoting our services effectively. We will typically use information in this way because it is in our legitimate interests to ensure that the Grbll Platform offers customers the best experience.

Typically, we will do this because it is necessary in order to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation to which we are subject (e.g. complying with subpoenas, search warrants and court orders).
We may combine all the information we collect from or receive about you for any of the foregoing purposes. Please see Your Rights and Choices section for further information. Further, we may aggregate your information with other users' information and use it for statistical analysis, research and reporting purposes. We may also share this information with our business partners. This aggregated information cannot be used to identify you or otherwise be traced back to you.
We will keep your information only for long as it is necessary for the purposes described above (to provide you with the Grbll Platform, for our legitimate interests as described above and in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations). This period will vary depending on your interactions with the Grbll Platform. For example, we may retain your account data for a reasonable period of time after your last activity. This is to enable you to easily come back and start using the service again. We may also keep a record of correspondence with you relating to the Grbll Platform, for example, if you have made a complaint, for as long as is necessary to protect us from a legal claim. In all cases, where we no longer have a need to keep your information, we will delete it.
Grbll takes reasonable steps to protect against loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the information you provide via the Grbll Platform. We adopt and implement appropriate and reasonable security practices regarding the collection, storage and processing of the information we collect, such as encryption. We also put in place safeguards such as limited employee access and confidentiality agreements with employees and contractors. Despite our best efforts, no security measure is ever perfect or impenetrable. In the event we experience a data breach involving unencrypted personal information, we will notify users by posting notice on the affected Grbll property.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others, and will not do so except as required by law or in connection with a merger, asset sale or similar business transaction (as described below). We may share aggregated demographic or non-personal information not linked to any personal information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, company affiliates and advertisers. We use third-party service providers (as set out below) to help us operate our business and the Grbll Platform or administer activities on our behalf.
We may share your information with our affiliate companies in order to provide you with the Grbll Platform and to help better tailor our services to you.
Grbll Inc., like many other technology companies, uses analytics for the purpose of analyzing our user base and improving the performance of our online services.
We may also engage other third parties to perform services in connection with the operation of the Grbll Platform, some of whom may process personal information. Each of these third parties is contractually obliged to protect the security of any information we share with them, and limited in their use of the information to the services being provided solely to SuperAwesome:
Amazon (AWS): Your User ID is shared with AWS in connection with User ID searches and storing posted media.
Google Android: Your Android input method editor is shared with Google Android in connection with performance of network communications.
Apple: Your iOS &/ or AppleID identifiers are shared with Apple in connection with performance of network communications.
Internet service provider (ISPs): Your IP address is shared with ISPs to ensure legal or regulatory compliance.

We may disclose your personal information: (a) in the good faith belief that we are required to do so by law; (b) if doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process; (c) to permit us to pursue available remedies, including commencing or responding to any claims; (d) to enforce the terms and conditions of the Grbll Platform; (e) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Grbll Inc., its users or the public; or (f) or other illegal activity or for risk management purposes.
In addition, your personal data may be disclosed as part of any proposed or actual merger, sale, and transfer of Grbll Inc. assets, acquisition, bankruptcy, or similar event.
Your browser may allow you to set a Do Not Track (DNT) signal indicating that you do not wish your online activity to be tracked. Currently, our system does not support and does not act on DNT signal headers that we may receive.
We operate globally and may need to transfer your personal information outside the European Economic Area to our affiliate companies, partners or third party service providers in locations around the world for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do so in order to provide you with our services and for the other purposes outlined above. Please be aware that the data protection laws in some of these countries may not offer the same level of protection as those in your country of residence. Before transferring your information in this way, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that suitable safeguards are put in place aimed at ensuring that an appropriate level of protection applies to the privacy of your personal information and we will comply with all applicable laws. Notwithstanding the limited nature of the personal information we collect from or about the users of our PopJam Platform, users or their parents have the right to request access to review, modify and correct personal information about a user. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity, such as requiring an Apple ID, email address, or mobile. Users or their parents may also contact us to request certain information regarding our disclosures to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. However, we do not share information with third parties for this purpose.
Depending on the country from which you are using the Grbll Platform, you may have the right to have the information you have provided to us and which we use to provide the Grbll Platform to you in a machine-readable format. This right enables you to move your information from one provider to another, for example, so that the other provider can continue to service your needs effectively.
If you would like to delete the information that we have collected from your use of the PopJam Platform, please use the settings of the mobile app or contact us. We may be required to retain some or all of this information in order to enable you to use the Grbll Platform and features, and to ensure that these function properly. We may also retain such information where required by law, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, enforce our terms and conditions of use and enable us to defend our legal rights. We may only be able to provide the Grbll Platform if we have your information, so deletion of your information will require deletion of your account and termination of your ability to use the Grbll Platform.

Any User Content posted in the Grbll Platform is publicly visibile. You are prohibited from posting personal or inappropriate information at any time, and we take reasonable steps to screen all posts to remove any such information. Should you wish to edit or remove any User Content after it has been posted, you may contact us at hello@grbll.com or using the information within Section 11 of this Privacy Policy. Removal of the information from public view does not guarantee complete or comprehensive removal, however. After the removal request has been honored, we may retain copies of the User Content or information previously posted on our servers. We are not required to remove the posted content or information if it has been rendered anonymous or if we are required by law to retain it. Additionally, we do not have control over third parties (e.g., other users) who may have copied or reposted this information.
Where you have given us consent to use your information for any of the above purposes, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. You may also have a right to object to our use of your information where we are relying on a legitimate interest and there is something about your particular situation that makes you want to object to our processing on this ground. Under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents are entitled once a year to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately prior calendar year. We do not share your personal information with any unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Nonetheless, you may make one request per year if you are a California resident. In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response. You may request this information by contacting us at hello@grbll.com. Please allow for thirty (30) days for a response.

Grbll has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will update the "last modified" date at the top of the Privacy Policy. If the change is material, we will place a notice on affected Grbll Platform properties by revising the link to read substantially as "Updated Privacy Policy" for a reasonable amount of time, and if necessary, will obtain your prior consent or the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian. The most current version of this Privacy Policy will be available on the Grbll website and app and will supersede all previous versions of this Privacy Policy.
